U-shaped car

The new U series suspension car has two specifications to choose from, namely U11 car with a maximum load capacity of 1100kg and U22 car with a maximum load capacity of 2200kg. By adjusting the left and right adjustment rings, the flange width of the car can be freely adjusted within the range of 58mm~200mm, 201mm~310mm. The hand pulled U series suspension car can also be later equipped with an E-type DC drive motor to achieve a simple electric horizontal walking solution.

CF5 hand pulled suspension car

The installation of CF5 hand pulled suspension trolley is simple: it can easily cooperate with the suspension track, has strong cornering ability, and the maximum suspension weight can reach 550kg.

Suitable for flange widths ranging from 58 to 91 mm, with a minimum turning radius of 800 mm, it can be used for both horizontal and inclined lower flange plates on running beams. For safe operation, it also has anti fall and anti jump protection.

E-series electric suspension car

The E11 and E22 electric suspension carts are designed to be used in conjunction with the new DC Pro chain hoist, using Demag's high-quality hoist suspension carts to significantly improve your production efficiency.

This driving system can be matched with the U 11/U 22 trolley and adopts a plug and play connection. The drive can be quickly and conveniently connected to the DC Pro electric chain hoist and operated through the latest developed DSE 8-C manual switch to control the walking mechanism of the trolley. The E 22 walking drive is a standard component of the new RF 125 friction walking drive KBK guide rail system.
